Various social media content created for Visa, for Instagram (posts and stories) and Facebook (in order):
Fast Future
Where real-time payments have become the norm between consumers and merchants, this isn’t necessarily the case when it comes to person-to-person (P2P) payments. Visa’s latest research report, Visa Insights: Australia’s Fast Future, predicts that by 2023, two-thirds of Australians will be using real-time payment solutions for a variety of payments including P2P payments.
The report presents a number of statistics that suggest that Australia has an IOU problem. We created an Instagram story drawing attention to that awkward moment after a meal out with friends when it comes time to collect payments from everyone around the table.
Ellie Carpenter
Heading into the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup France, Visa announced an expanded global investment in women’s soccer, leveraging the brand’s sponsorship platform to inspire women athletes amidst the global gender equality and women’s empowerment movement.
The company expanded its roster of Team Visa athletes to include 18 new women’s soccer players from 16 countries, one of these being Australian international footballer Ellie Carpenter.
Carpenter plays as a defender for Portland Thorns FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), for Canberra United in the W-League, and made her debut for the Australian national team at age 15. She was also the youngest Australian Olympian at the 2016 Rio Games.
Carpenter’s inclusion in the World Cup squad comes after she won the W-League’s young footballer of the year award for the second consecutive season.
Leftover Cash
A 2018 Visa study revealed that 87% of travelers return home with leftover cash, with only 29% exchanging it back to their home currency. We created this Instagram poll to encourage users to explore the benefits of using a Visa card when traveling abroad.
