Help Lightning remote assistance platform explainer animation

I designed and animated this short explainer to introduce the Help Lightning remote expertise platform — software that connects a person needing help with an expert who can guide them from anywhere. Using the product’s patented “Merged Reality”, two live video feeds combine so the expert can visually interact with the user’s environment as if standing beside them, even demonstrating actions with virtual hands and tools.

The animation translates a technically complex product into an easy-to-follow narrative, showcasing key features and practical use cases while keeping the focus on clarity, pace and usability.
