Commercial real estate motion graphics in Sydney

This series of commercial real estate videos was produced in collaboration with Hugo Agency to support the marketing and sale of major property developments across Sydney. The goal was to enhance aerial footage with clear, engaging motion graphics that highlight building locations, transport infrastructure, and nearby amenities, helping potential investors and buyers quickly understand each site’s value and connectivity.

My role focused on motion tracking, rotoscoping, and motion graphics integration using 4K aerial footage. I added animated location markers, building highlights, transport routes, and supporting visual elements to create polished, informative visuals. These enhancements transformed standard aerial footage into compelling commercial real estate marketing videos optimised for the property’s digital information memorandum.
