To help introduce AGL’s updated Quality Team processes, I created an animated explainer video that presents the information as a side-scrolling video game journey.
Drawing inspiration from retro platform games, the animation follows a character progressing through levels, collecting icons and unlocking checkpoints that represent different stages of the customer experience. The playful motion graphics approach turns a procedural topic into an easy-to-follow story while keeping the information clear and memorable.
