Applying for home care — Uniting animated explainer videos

I designed and animated a suite of animated explainer videos for Uniting that guide viewers through the steps involved in applying for home care support.

Following a customer’s journey from enquiry to receiving services, the videos use character animation and clear visual cues to simplify what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming process. The focus was on reassurance and clarity — helping people understand what happens next at each stage and what information they need to provide.
